AREA OF CONCENTRATION – The Area of Concentration expresses the Program’s initial and historical aspiration. In this sense, the Area of Concentration shall indicate the area of ​​knowledge to which the program belongs, its specialty in the production of knowledge, and the expected training. It is desirable to have a comprehensive nomenclature, as the programs cannot change their area of ​​concentration unless it undergoes a major restructuring. The Program can have one or more areas of concentration.

ORGANIZATIONAL MANAGEMENT IN HEALTH

The OMH is incorporated in the Collective Health knowledge area of ​​CAPES. It aims to contribute to the development of management in the different fields of health in Brazil, covering the models of public management or complementary health in its levels (primary, secondary, or tertiary). It also aims to assess the technologies currently in use.
